A surprise song with personal details
A surprise song gains meaning through details the recipient recognises, not through information unexpectedly made public. Choose memories and habits that show attention was paid, with care for how someone feels in company.
The small clues before the penny drops
The song begins with a fixed order, a much-used expression or the name of a favourite walking route. Only afterwards does it become clear who it is meant for. That way the surprise can grow from ordinary, accessible details. A text doesn't have to reveal a secret to hit home; precisely something seemingly small can say a lot to the recipient.
Who is the surprise song for and when is it played? Which recognisable but not confidential details can you share, who is present and how comfortable is this person with unexpected attention from a group?
