Question 1

What is a custom song?

Accepted Answer

A custom song is a song made especially for you or your company. We tailor the lyrics, mood, style and musical direction to your story, message and wishes.

That could be an emotional song for a funeral, a romantic number for a wedding, an original birthday gift, a party anthem or a recognisable song for your business.

Question 2

For which occasions can you create a song?

Accepted Answer

Almost any occasion is possible, including:

- Funerals and memorials
- Weddings, anniversaries and marriage proposals
- Birthdays and personal gifts
- Company parties and staff celebrations
- Advertising campaigns and company songs
- Product launches and events
- Farewells, appreciation and special life moments

Have a different idea? Tell us what you have in mind. We'd love to explore how to turn it into the right song.

Question 3

Do I need any musical knowledge?

Accepted Answer

No, absolutely not. You don't need to be a musician or be able to write lyrics. You tell us what you want to express; we guide you through the creative choices.

Question 4

Can I decide what the song is about?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can share personal stories, names, memories, important events, a message or specific details. The better we understand your wishes, the more personal the result can be.

Question 5

Which music styles can you work in?

Accepted Answer

That depends on the mood you want and the project. Think pop, rock, ballads, dance, acoustic, classically inspired music or an upbeat party song. You can also describe a combination of styles.

We create an original song based on your wishes, without simply copying an existing song.

Question 6

What does a custom song cost?

Accepted Answer

We offer three packages, depending on how many creative options and revision rounds you want.

Essential Song — €99

- 4 demos to explore the creative possibilities
- 1 revision round
- A selection process where you choose from two selected song options
- 1 final version

Signature Song — €249

- 8 demos
- 2 revision rounds
- A wide choice of different creative directions
- 1 final version

Premium Song — €499

- 12 demos
- 3 revision rounds
- Extra room for creative exploration and refinement
- 1 final version

All prices shown are base prices. Any surcharges for rush delivery and additional services are calculated separately. Applicable VAT is always shown clearly in advance.

Question 7

What is the difference between the packages?

Accepted Answer

The main difference is the number of demos and the amount of room for revisions.

With Essential you choose a compact process. Signature offers more choice and refinement. Premium is meant for customers who want more extensive creative possibilities and more feedback rounds.

Question 8

What is a demo?

Accepted Answer

A demo is a preliminary song version that lets us evaluate a musical direction. Depending on the project, demos can differ in melody, mood, style or performance.

A demo is meant for making choices and is not automatically a fully finished final production.

Question 9

Do I get all the demos as final songs?

Accepted Answer

No. Every package includes one final song version. The demos are meant to choose the desired direction and guide the creative process.

Want to receive several fully finished songs? Contact us for a custom quote.

Question 10

What is included in the price?

Accepted Answer

The chosen package covers the agreed creative process, the included demos, the stated revision rounds and one final song version.

Any additional wishes, extra final versions, broader rights or additional services are discussed and priced in advance.

Question 11

How does creating a custom song work?

Accepted Answer

Our process broadly works like this:

1. Your story: you tell us about the occasion, the message and your wishes.
2. Creative direction: we determine the desired mood, style and content.
3. Demos: we develop the agreed demos.
4. Your feedback: you choose a direction and give feedback within your package.
5. Refinement: we apply the included revisions.
6. Delivery: you receive one final song version.

The exact steps can differ depending on the chosen package and the agreements for your project.

Question 12

What is meant by a revision round?

Accepted Answer

A revision round is one collected set of feedback on the song. You could ask us to adjust a lyric line, strengthen a certain mood or refine part of the song.

We ask you to bundle your feedback as much as possible. That way we can work efficiently and purposefully towards the result.

Question 13

Can I request unlimited revisions?

Accepted Answer

The number of included revision rounds depends on the package: one with Essential, two with Signature and three with Premium.

Extra revisions or major changes beyond the original briefing can be carried out for an additional fee. We always discuss any extra costs with you in advance.

Question 14

What if I change my mind during the process?

Accepted Answer

Small changes can often be handled within the agreed revision rounds. If the assignment changes substantially — for example if you want a completely different musical direction or a new story — this can affect the planning and price.

We always discuss this with you first.

Question 15

Can I use an existing song as inspiration?

Accepted Answer

You may share examples to explain the desired mood, energy or musical direction. We use them as general inspiration for the briefing, not as permission to copy protected melodies, lyrics or recordings.

Question 16

How long before my song is ready?

Accepted Answer

The standard schedule is agreed at the start of the assignment. For orders with a delivery time of a week or longer, no rush surcharge applies.

The actual turnaround depends on the size of the assignment, the chosen options, availability and how quickly feedback is provided.

Question 17

Can I have my song made urgently?

Accepted Answer

Yes, rush delivery is possible based on availability.

- Standard delivery: from 7 days, no rush surcharge.
- Rush delivery within 3 days: € 100 extra.
- Express delivery within 24 hours: € 250 extra.

The surcharge comes on top of the price of the chosen package.

Question 18

Is delivery within 24 hours guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

Not automatically. We first confirm whether your deadline is feasible. The rush term and the moment it starts are agreed in writing in advance.

For rush orders it is important that you provide the briefing and any feedback immediately.

Question 19

Does the rush surcharge apply to every package?

Accepted Answer

The stated surcharges apply to the agreed rush schedule, regardless of the chosen base package, unless other agreements were made in advance. We confirm the total price and feasible delivery time before we start.

Question 20

May I use my song privately?

Accepted Answer

The usage rights depend on the agreements that come with your assignment. For private use, sharing with family and friends and use during a personal occasion, we record what is allowed in advance.

Want to use the song commercially or take over the rights completely? Then we discuss the applicable conditions.

Question 21

What does it cost to take over the full copyright?

Accepted Answer

A full copyright transfer is available as an additional option for € 250 extra, on top of the chosen package.

The transfer must clearly record which rights are transferred and which parts they cover, such as the composition, lyrics and any master recording. The exact scope is agreed in writing in advance.

Not all rights can be transferred in the same way in every situation. Any third-party rights or rights that cannot legally be transferred are not automatically covered by this option.

Question 22

What is the difference between a usage right and full copyright?

Accepted Answer

With a usage right you get permission to use the song in certain ways. With a copyright transfer, the specifically agreed rights are transferred to you, insofar as that is legally possible.

The precise conditions depend on the assignment and are recorded in the agreement.

Question 23

May I use my song commercially?

Accepted Answer

That depends on the agreed licence or rights transfer. For use in advertising, paid campaigns, business communication, products or other commercial applications, we advise recording clearly in advance which usage rights you need.

Question 24

Can my song be exclusive?

Accepted Answer

Exclusivity can be discussed and recorded in writing. Whether exclusivity is possible and what it entails depends on the materials used, any third-party rights and the agreements about the composition, lyrics and recording.

Question 25

Can my song be published on Spotify?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer an additional service to prepare your song for publication on Spotify and guide the release process.

The additional price for this service is € 500, on top of the chosen song package.

Question 26

What is included in the Spotify service?

Accepted Answer

The exact content is recorded in advance. Depending on the agreed service, this can cover preparing the release, distribution settings and supplying the required information.

Any extra costs, such as fees from external distributors or additional production services, are discussed in advance.

Question 27

Is my song guaranteed to appear on Spotify?

Accepted Answer

No. Publication depends on the applicable conditions and approvals of the distribution service and platform involved. We can guide the release, but cannot guarantee playlist placement, stream counts or commercial results.

Question 28

Is the Spotify service the same as taking over the copyright?

Accepted Answer

No. Publishing a song and owning the copyright are different things.

The Spotify service is about preparing and guiding a release. Any transfer of copyright must be agreed separately.

Question 29

Can I publish the song on other platforms too?

Accepted Answer

That can depend on the distribution options, the available rights and the agreements for your project. Discuss in advance on which platforms you want to publish the song.

Question 30

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

You get in touch and tell us what kind of song you want to have made. We discuss your wishes, the right package, the desired delivery date and any additional options.

Before we start, you receive a confirmation of the assignment, the total price and the main conditions.

Question 31

When do I have to pay?

Accepted Answer

The payment moments and any deposit are confirmed with the order. We start production according to the agreed payment and start conditions.

Question 32

Can I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

The cancellation conditions are made clear in advance. Because a custom song is made especially for you, cancellation after work has started may incur costs for the work already carried out.

For consumers, the applicable legal rules for distance contracts and custom services or digital content also apply. You receive the relevant conditions before you confirm the assignment.

Question 33

What if my song is not ready on time?

Accepted Answer

We agree a schedule in advance and take the agreed feedback moments into account. If a problem arises that could delay delivery, we inform you as soon as possible and discuss the possible solutions.

Question 34

What if I am not happy with the result?

Accepted Answer

We ask you to give feedback within the included revision rounds, so we can refine the result according to the original briefing.

The included revisions are meant to improve the agreed song. They are not a guarantee that every personal preference can be fully realised. Your rights in case of a defective delivery remain subject to the applicable legislation and the agreements made.

Question 35

Can you also make songs for companies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We make songs for companies, brands, events, internal celebrations, campaigns and other business applications.

Depending on the goal, the song can be used as a company anthem, campaign song, event number or musical support for a brand story.

Question 36

What does a song for a company cost?

Accepted Answer

For business assignments you can start from our base packages, unless the scale or use calls for a custom quote.

The price can depend on the desired production, the number of versions, the usage rights, exclusivity, distribution and the intended reach.

Question 37

Can you make a song for advertising or marketing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We discuss the target audience, message, desired style and channels where the song will be used in advance. For commercial use we record the required rights and any limitations in writing.

Question 38

Can you make multiple versions for different campaigns?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on request. Extra versions — for example with a different length, adjusted lyrics or an alternative performance — can be priced separately.

Question 39

Can you also make a short jingle?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Contact us with information about the desired length, application, target audience and usage rights. We will then look at which process fits best.

Question 40

Can you make a song for a funeral?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can create a personal song in memory of someone dear to you. The song can be based on memories, character traits, special moments or words you would love to hear.

We handle such assignments with care and respect.

Question 41

How quickly can you deliver a memorial song?

Accepted Answer

That depends on the desired date and our availability. Rush delivery within 3 days or 24 hours may be possible at the corresponding surcharge, provided we can confirm the deadline in advance.

If a funeral or memorial is approaching, contact us as soon as possible.

Question 42

Can names and personal memories be included in the lyrics?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can share personal details, memories and specific messages. We agree in advance which information you would like to hear back.

Question 43

Can the song be played during the ceremony?

Accepted Answer

Yes, provided the use fits within the applicable rights and the conditions of the venue or ceremony. If needed, check with the funeral director or venue in advance which audio formats and technical options are available.

Question 44

In which file format will I receive my song?

Accepted Answer

The standard format is confirmed in advance. If you need a specific format — for example WAV for professional playback equipment or an event — please indicate this when ordering.

Question 45

Will I also receive the individual instruments or project files?

Accepted Answer

Not by default. The packages include one final song version. Separate instrumental tracks, stems, project files or alternative mixes can be discussed on request and may involve extra costs.

Question 46

Can I get an instrumental version?

Accepted Answer

That may be possible as an additional option. Indicate in advance whether you need an instrumental version, a version with vocals or other variants.

Question 47

How long will my song remain available to download?

Accepted Answer

The availability and any retention period are communicated upon delivery. We advise you to store the file safely yourself after receiving it and to make a back-up.
