A shared memory
One shared memory can be enough for a whole song if you stay close to the event. Not only what happened counts, but also the place, the order and the details you keep talking about later.
Looking at that one afternoon up close again
It maybe began as an ordinary outing: a station, a bag of sandwiches and a weather forecast that didn't come true. Only through the small twists did it become a story that stuck. Lyrics can calmly unfold that afternoon, from the first appointment to the moment everyone knew this day would be brought up again often later.
Which memory do you want to capture, where and when did it take place and who was there? What happened first, which detail is retold again and again and why has exactly this moment stayed with you?
